This exercise can be done sitting or standing sideways to a table or surface.
Rest your right arm resting on a tabletop. Lean your body towards the right as you slide your right hand along the table out to the right side. Keep your right thumb pointing to the ceiling. Slide the arm until you feel a stretch. Hold and repeat as advised by a physiotherapist at West Vancouver Sports and Orthopedic Physiotherapy.
